Position Description

  • Administer & monitor AP queues within the agreed time line
  • Manage and oversee end to end AP transactions and processing services
  • Support and execute operational or transactional activities as and when required in service delivery
  • Ensure the AP team is achieving high-standards of service quality, timeliness and accuracy in service delivery
  • Timely resolution of issue & gap analysis identified based on the Performance Measures & KPI Dashboards
  • Drive knowledge sharing related to specific processes within own team
  • Participate in knowledge sharing with other teams and leads.
  • Active participation in the annual internal & external audit
  • Develops team members through coaching & feedback on results
  • Highly flexible and can work in a fast-paced or changing environment
  • Strong client service and quality oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset and Problem-solving skills

  • Degree qualifications in accounting, business, commerce or a related field with extensive relevant experience in transactions processing or shared services and / or equivalent combination of extensive relevant management and professional experience
  • Minimum 1 year of people management experience or tasks of similar in nature
  • Emerging proficiency in team leadership, coaching and development skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency coordinating tasks
  • Demonstrated detailed orientation and working with operational processes
  • Fluent in English and with excellent communication skills (note : foreign language skill is not required)
