Your Responsibilities :

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Develop and expand Sandoz business in key hospitals through development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage business partnership with sub-distributor for the Sandoz brands
  • Achievement of assigned sales targets, assigned growths and share of business of the hospital sales channel
  • Develop new potential private and government hospitals
  • Lead in the transactions / negotiations with hospital conglomerates
  • Collaborate regularly with Marketing in the implementation of sell-out activities to maximize corporate portfolio selling strategy
  • Minimum requirements

    What you’ll bring to the role :

  • Degree of any 4-year course preferably in Business Administration or Science related course
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Key Account or Sales Manager from a pharma company
  • Hospital and industrial accounts sales management experience an advantage
  • Good negotiation and analytical skill
  • Well verse with pricing and purchasing processes in private hospitals
