About the opportunity EY is setting up a centralized executive recruitment supporting team in Manila People Shared Service Centre.

This role is responsible for providing research support to Executive Recruitment team in Asia Pacific. You should be very passionate about communicating with people, very creative in the way of finding candidates, very comfortable to do the cold calls and direct sourcing.

In addition to its research responsibilities, this role will also work as a team leader to manage the daily operation of researchers and coordinators in Manila PSS Centre. Responsibilities

  • Work independently or in some cases with other researchers to build the talent mapping which including candidate names, contacts, career summary and organization structure in target companies through all kinds of possible ways including internet search, cold calling, networking, database search etc
  • Maintain talent pool and keep candidates warm in the pipeline
  • Develop the long-list for Executive Recruiters to further review and screen
  • Make fully use of existing tools to generate candidate pipeline including but not limit to LinkedIn, Avature and Taleo
  • Keep up to date on new sourcing tools, technologies to improve the sourcing capabilities
  • Work closely with Executive Recruiters and Coordinators to deliver the best in class candidate experience and promote EY employer brand in the market
  • Participate in other executive recruitment team projects
  • Effective teaming with the Executive Recruiters and Coordinators, supporting them in their goals to assist business growth
  • Act as a leader and a role model for the PSS centre team including demonstrating the highest levels of teamwork and collaboration
  • Mange the daily operation of the team, continuously to improve the team performance
  • Work closely with counterparts in EMEIA and US team so that the best practice and resources can be shared at global level
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a search firm or research company sourcing for executive level candidates
  • Have experience of leading a small team in the past
  • Have experience of leading or delivering talent mapping projects for clients
  • Feel comfortable to do direct approach including cold calls
  • Be able to work with virtual team based out of the Philippines
  • Be creative and think out of the box so as to improve the search efficiency and hit rate
  • Learn new things quickly so that understand various roles, industries, functions, business lines
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good at Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PPT
