to-end TA requirements for our operations in the Philippines, so as to identify and bring in talents to grow Vertiv's capabilities. Responsibilities
Attract, assess and deliver highly engaged talent through various recruitment channels
Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and country HR leads in the recruitment cycle, ensuring that they are kept engaged on the recruitment effort.
Participate in discussion with hiring managers to qualify candidate's requirements.
Pro-actively expand and grow the talent pipeline by reaching our to passive candidates, building and maintaining relationships with them.
Manage relationships with recruitment vendors.
Organise career fairs and / or recruitment events as necessary
Identify and participate in continuous recruitment improvement initiatives
Taking part in adhoc projects and assignments
Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably in HR or Business Administration discipline or equivalent.
Possess at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience with a strong background in in-house recruitment.
Independent, with a strong willingness to be hands-on and the ability to navigate through internal processes
Proven track record of achieving demanding targets and working with volume in a specialist environment.
Good working knowledge of recruitment trends
Strong sourcing skills in reaching out and pitching to passive candidates
High degree of pro-activeness with positive team spirit and stakeholders management capabilities.
Team-player who contributes to the whole HR function agenda to achieve the department and organization's objectives.
Self-motivated with a desire to excel and a passion to succeed
Good communication and time management skills
Strong proficiency with basic productivity tools and software, e.g. MS Office etc.
Working knowledge with TALEO is a plus
