Roles& Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that there aresufficient credits available for the account (forecasting prior to start of themonth)
  • Raise the POs that will beused to buy / replenish Lazada credits
  • Receive the input file from Operationsand validate that all the approvals are in place Operations, Finance, etc.
  • Consolidate and send theinput file to Lazada and request for confirmation that proper crediting wasdone weekly payout cycle
  • Report all Rewards creditingto HR Timekeeping and Payroll Input for the appropriate tax salary deductions
  • Send an email notification tothe requester and Finance for Rewards that were not credited to employees dueto unsuccessful activity requirements.
  • Send the list of separatedemployees to Lazada daily
  • Upload the employee creditsand credit usage in CES
  • Prepare the following reportsper account :
  • Active / inactive emailaddress; amount of available / used rewards; amount of credited rewards peremail address; amount of redeemed rewards per email address.
  • Prepare for the regular audit(5% of the total transactions will be subjected to end to end audit)
