Employee Services in our Shared Services business located in FPIP, Tanauan Batangas, Philippines.
The Assistant - Employee Services has the following duties :
Under management supervision, the employee services specialist provides direct client services and assessment pertaining to but not limited to canteen, transportation and other services as the management may mandate due to dynamic business needs.
Plans, directs and manages the operation of Canteen and Shuttle Services
Conducts orientation for Newly Hires, On-the-job trainees, and Contingent Workers
Support in-house company events or special functions for all Business Units which may require the support services of canteen and shuttle
Regularly validates billings of service providers for payment processing
Identify problem areas such as canteen or shuttle-related incidents, determine the root cause, recommend solutions and implement changes for improvement
Conducts data analysis and recommends improvement or new policies and
Work on new initiatives that drive efficiency within the Employee Services area
Monitors and evaluates service provider performance through employee feedback or survey
Effectively deliver services in an efficient and professional manner in order to achieve customer satisfaction, management expectations and obtain optimal quality of service
Performs other duties as required to develop and drive the business forward.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

With related experience for minimum of 2 years
Has knowledge in different administrative functions
Knowledge of the objectives, functions and relating policy and regulations of the department.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proven skills in the areas of initiative, individual leadership, teamwork, collaboration and facilitation
Good IT software skill set including Microsoft Office Suite
