Key Responsibilities

  • Effective addressing, dispatching, responding to, and management of tickets in the local Helpdesk system
  • Maintenance of user accounts in the local IT systems
  • Maintenance of Helpdesk system environment
  • Actively participates and contributes to creating policies, setting Services and SLAs
  • Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure and improvement of departmental processes and practices
  • Cooperates with the group IT teams and provides them with the necessary assistance
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a technical major (Engineering or Computer Science)
  • Advanced English both spoken and written
  • Experience with IT (e.g. Helpdesk, Systems, Network)
  • Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware
  • Ability to find creative solutions to problems and means of improvement
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to understand the user needs
  • Ability to prioritize and work productively and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work in morning / afternoon shifts
  • Open and honest personality
  • At least one year related experience specializing in Technical and Helpdesk Support or equivalent
  • Experience in troubleshooting computer hardware
  • Ability to find creative solutions to problems and means of improvement
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cubao Quezon City, BGC Taguig
  • Willing to do shifting schedule
