Job Specifications :

  • Does account and membership management using various channels
  • As assigned phone, email, social, others)

  • Performs Loyalty System defined functions as indicated in the profile access matrix for CC
  • Does data entry and membership fulfillment (cards) related activities
  • Assist customers (member / non-member) on concerns defined as Act-On, Gather & Educate
  • Calls out customers (member / non-member) affected by any loyalty system related issues
  • Follows strict compliance to all customer verification procedures (e.g. VAIIG) to reduce any risk
  • Takes responsibility and accomplish any other tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Qualifications :

  • Finished at least 2 years in college
  • At least 6 months call center experience
  • Must have a solid experience in Social Networking Site (SNS) Support such as Facebook and Twitter
  • Background in travel account or non-voice account (e-mail / chat support, social media) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Amenable with rotating / split rest day
  • Willing to be assigned in Paco, Manila
