Job Description :

  • Plan, implement and execute programs to ensure 100% compliance to attainment of territory annual operating plan and forecast accuracy focused on sell-
  • out to different channels (fleet, retail and wholesale)

  • Plan, implement and execute opportunity to maximize sell-through to territory by creating new partnership or new stores within the area assigned
  • Handle end-to-end account management by ensuring the correct mix of products across the sub-dealer base, managed trading terms and sustained collections throughout its operations, ultimately driving profitability for both Goodyear Philippines and Distributors
  • Implement and ensure 100% compliance to coverage plans and reporting guidelines; includes regular field coaching with distributor sales team
  • Monitor all competitive activities in the territory that may affect dealer sales and as well as to ensure that all consumer feedback are attended to (performance feedback, adjustment claims, etc)
  • Submit sales reports
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • At least three (3) years of experience in end-to-end account management, sell-out programs, market research, business development and sales data analysis
  • With high level of understanding in building partnership in local and multinational companies to gain market share
  • Has excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Has good financial acumen and knowledgeable in Microsoft Application such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other systems
  • Keen on details, self-starter, motivated and willing to lead and take accountability
  • Willing to be based in Mindanao area, specifically in Cagayan de Oro (CDO)
  • Willing to travel and has valid driver's license
