The Quality and Compliance Specialist is responsible for implementing and monitoring all activities to keep MBS compliant with internal and external regulations, including data protection adherence.

This role will operate in a complex, cross-functional and international environment contributing to the successful implementation of the Quality Assurance and compliance program, including internal and external audits, drive the compliance culture, and support internal controls execution.

This position will coordinate and support Compliance and Quality Assurance initiatives within the MBS organization supporting all the work streams including End2End value streams and global strategic initiatives.

Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to) :

  • QA framework design & implementation : Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Compliance lead and Internal Controls in developing and monitoring the Quality framework, including establishing quality assurance standards.
  • Support QA&C initiatives and activities in implementing and maintaining the quality framework and ensure alignment to global initiatives and vision.

    Coordinate and help QAC lead in defining activities and timelines for testing of processes / SOPs and ensure maintenance of QA&C documents for successful program implementation.

  • Overall QA&C governance : Support QA&C lead in identifying and implementing activities and events aligned to evaluating and promoting effectiveness of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and monitor QAC calendar.Develop and support compliance culture where members live and understand compliance values through NH onboarding training, awareness activities, and other effective engagement strategies related to strengthening the QA&C posture in MBS Employee Services.

    Work closely and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimum process health as defined by consistent adherence to controls and compliance policies.

    Prepare and schedule quality and / or compliance reviews with on-shore and off-shore teams, stakeholders. Support development of management action plans for identified opportunities and monitor until closure.

  • Total quality management : Conduct quality checks and control testing across ES processes within the region through SOP adherence testing.
  • Work with QA&C lead and CI BBs to drive best in class ways of working, process efficiencies, and develop team capability.

    Monitor performance indicators and ensure non-compliance are addressed. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop strategies or projects as needed to mitigate / improve deficiencies.

    Develop and maintain reporting templates, tools, and ensure other related QA&C documents are in place and are up to date.

  • Manage Internal Controls, Internal Audit requirements : Support QA&C lead and process owners in coordinating and managing internal and external audits, and other IC related activities and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder management : Work with QA&C lead and site BBs in identifying and addressing improvement areas within QA&C's scope.
  • Develop capability and expertise within the QA&C team to drive sustainable results and promote individual professional growth;
  • work with lead in developing goals and steer own improvement to maximize full potential.


    Do you have what it takes?

  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering or related fields related to Quality Assurance and / or Project Management
  • Advanced proficiency in English oral and written
  • 3-5 years of work experience in Compliance, Internal Controls, Quality Assurance or Quality Management.
  • Experience of working in a global business services environment or internal service delivery strongly preferred.
  • Experience in complex organizations and matrix reporting relationship.
  • Strong project management with hands-on-delivery of end-to-end improvement projects.
  • Must be able to develop effective partnership with internal and external stakeholders to drive internal and external audits;
  • Must be a good team player and know how to build his / her own network.
  • Must be highly analytical and have relevant compliance experience, managing internal and external auditors, reviews, etc
  • Must have positive energy and ability to energize others and have excellent communication, presentation, training and interpersonal skills.
  • Must leverage stakeholder engagement and must have the ability to work with colleagues from operations, the site leadership team, and stakeholders from functions such as Internal Controls, Internal Audit.
  • Must have the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments.
