OFFICE : PROVINCIAL TESD CENTER-KABANKALAN, TESDA-REGION VI SALARY : SG-22 Php58,717.00 PERA : P2,000.00 THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING :

  • Programs, organizes and plans the training activities of the Provincial TESD Center and initiates the preparation of the In-Center Training Calendar;
  • Reviews and consolidates Annual Procurement Plan (APP) and the Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP);
  • Coordinates Training Programs for community-based with different Barangay Officials and NGOs / POs;
  • Maintains and organizes pool of Trainers for Barangay-based training or In-Center Training;
  • Reviews / Studies request of different organizations / individuals for Barangay-based training or In-Center Training;
  • Formulates / Revises policies / regulations or system for students, Trainers and PTC staff in the conduct of TIPs, actual training, including administrative concerns / arrangement;
  • Directs, supervises, monitors, and coordinates the conduct of training programs in the center, including TIPs, Career Guidance and other related activities such as, but not limited to opening and closing ceremonies of training program;
  • Coordinates the preparation of all required reports;
  • Supervises, directs and coordinates all the administrative requirements / arrangement including the facilities of the Provincial TESD Center; and,
  • Performs other related assignments. JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE : Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job Experience : 3 years of relevant experience Training : 16 hours of relevant training Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Holder of National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC I) for 1-2 qualifications under Metals and Engineering or Construction sectors
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) CORE COMPETENCIES :

  • Lead workplace communication
  • Develop small teams and individuals
  • Manage provision of quality customer service
  • Manage compliance to quality standards and procedures
  • Manage workplace health, safety, security, and environmental requirements

  • Formulate institutional policies, guidelines and procedures

  • Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
  • Service Records;
  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2017 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2017 and July to December 2017 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
  • For government employee only : a copy of previous appointment;
  • Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
  • Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
  • List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details : a. Superior / Supervisor b. Peer c. Subordinate d. Client / Stakeholder;
  • Accomplishments / Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial / supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-
  • month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down together with the office order of designation;
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records / diploma; and
  • Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC. Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-
