Customer Service Responsibilities : - Receives and handles inbound calls from customers - Handles activation / deactivation or even purchase new radios Tech Support Responsibilities : -

Troubleshoot basic video connectivity issues - Troubleshoot cable issues - Educating the customer on technical types of issues (browser, software and operating system impacting on their Internet services).
