The Trade Marketing is responsible for strategy execution by assisting and enabling the sales organization to achieve the strategic and financial goals of the brand.
TM is responsible for developing and executing the marketing activation. Also lead the new item launch process for Philippines, ensuring timely delivery of POP material and activation in the marketplace by coordinating efforts of marketing, production and display to ensure effective implementation of the plan with the sales force.
Provide full suite of administrative support to the Business Development Manager
Support Business Development Manager to develop and implement MarCom, POP, Promoter management, and Category Management
Participate in the development of sustainable pre-launch, launch and post-launch trade plans for the new product launches
Support best practice go to market strategy executions with strong, consistent processes and communication to distributors
Support and align with Business Development Manager to build trade marketing activities for distributors
Support Business Development Manager to development and delivery of innovative customer and product group specific product, placement, pricing and promotion strategies
Manage and track key product group activity at the trade level to ensure achievement of the plan and / or to identify potential gaps

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Unlike other developed countries, distributors in Philippines are immature. They need more guidance in term of marketing and trade marketing activation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years demonstrable experience of trade marketing experience, knowledge of media sales and media related
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Engaging personality and strong client relationship experience
Able to confidently present complex issues in a clear and concise manner
