Sources and screens candidates for the personnel requirements of the Bank. Administers pre-employment exams to applicants and endorses applicants for interview by the requesting units.
Facilitates new employee on-boarding. Assists in employee development and engagement initiatives of HRD.
Graduate of BS Psychology / BS Human Resource Management
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and hiring
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong interview and probing skills
Organized. Must have strong time management skills
Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
