  • About The Role

    Role Location : 12F Solaris One Bldg., Dela Rosa St., Makati City

    Role Type : Permanent

    Shift Schedule : AU (6 : 00am 3 : 00pm) and NZ (3 : 30am 12 : 30pm)

    The will contribute to the achievement of ANZ’s customer service delivery in Institutional. As Support you will :

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure adherence with ANZ Institutional processes and standards.
  • Continually improve processes and develop on-going training strategy to enhance performance.
  • Ensure productivity and adherence to schedule and availability for customers.
  • About You

    To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following :

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a customer contact centre servicing institutional customers.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
