OFFICE : GENERAL SERVICES DIVISION (GSD), ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE TESDA-CENTRAL OFFICE SALARY : SG-22 Php58,717.00 PERA : P2,000.

00 THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING :

  • Assists the Chief Administrative Officer in directing, supervising and coordination the operations of the division on the following services ares :
  • Telecommunications
  • Power plants
  • Electrical and Mechanical installation
  • Motor Vehicles
  • Building maintenance
  • Security and
  • Records maintenance
  • Recommends improvements and or new systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation;
  • Coordinates the preparation of periodic reports; and
  • Performs other related functions. JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE : Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to job Experience : 3 years of relevant experience Training : 16 hours of relevant training Eligibility : Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Capable of personnel supervision;
  • Good in oral and written communications;
  • With ability to network with other agencies and TVET partners;
  • With healthy work attitude;
  • Knowledgeable in preparation of project proposal; and
  • Can work under pressure CORE COMPETENCIES :

  • Service Records;
  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2017 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2017, July to December 2017 and January-
  • June 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
  • For government employee only : a copy of previous appointment;
  • Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
  • Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
  • Accomplishments / Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial / supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-
  • month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records / diploma; and
  • Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC. Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-
