A.Position : One (1) Senior Manpower Development Officer
Salary Grade : 18

Compensation : Php 31,351.00
B. Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)
Education : Bachelor’s degree
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience
Eligibility : CS Professional / Second Level eligibility
C. Job Additional Requirements / Additional Competencies :
vMust have background in marketing either for goods or services and / or skills of clients
vExperience in networking and partnership building with LGUs and other stakeholders, implementation of livelihood projects for marginalized families in the community
vMust have a heart to serve Persons with Disability (PWD) preferably with experience working with PWD clients and performing administrative tasks.
vMust have proven positive attitude as a team player from his / her previous work assignments.
vKnowledge in Microsoft Environment (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
vHas commitment to credible public service
vDelivering excellent results
vKnowledgeable in basic sign language
Primary Functions :
vPlans, directs and organizes all work operation of the sheltered workshop on business management productions, sales and promotion of social and auxiliary rehabilitation services with the goal of providing employment , on the job training and pre-employment
vSubmits reportorial requirements
