Job Responsibilities :

  • Cater to all clients, especially VIP guests and must give exceptional customer service
  • Responsible to carry on daily customer service operation inside the office premise
  • Management of customer complaints in coordination with building engineer, property manager or concerned person
  • Maintain updated records of customer requests and complaints and its resolution
  • Point of contact for all the guests who seeks any type of information or assistance in the office / Company premises
  • Develops a strong knowledge of the office / Company facility and services
  • Provides directions to facilities provided by the company
  • Provides guests with proper information about the company
  • Makes guest reservations for transportation, lodging and dining when requested. Obtains necessary itineraries.
  • Organizes special functions as directed by management
  • Coordinates guest requests for special services and special needs or equipment with the appropriate department
  • Handles visitors / guest complaints and solve problem to the degree possible
  • Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Must have good communication skills, with pleasing personality and has good attitude.
  • Preferably with working experience related to field.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City .
