The Graphic Designer reports to the North America Proposal Team Manager in Manila. He / She is responsible for providing graphic design and production support.

This position requires a team player with strong interpersonal skills that will support pursuit teams, client specialists and proposal coordinators in North America and Manila.

  • Additional responsibilities will include assisting with the reproduction and maintenance of graphic assets; layout, formatting presentations, maintaining office templates;
  • development and production of technical posters; and the development and maintenance of other proposal and marketing materials as needed.

  • Contribute knowledge / recommendations for graphic design and production schedule and budget for client development planning.
  • Collaborating with and listening to clients (internal or external) and understanding their needs in order to develop ideas and concepts, recommend / choose the appropriate platform or media, and meet the client's objectives to communicate the information / idea.
  • Advise internal clients on strategies to reach a particular audience
  • Assist to determine the message the design should portray
  • Assist in the continuous process of creating / maintaining standard proposal / graphic templates, brochures, and / or training materials utilized across ANA teams
  • Create images that identify a product or convey a message (Infographics)
  • Create client-specific or opportunity specific sales materials that contribute to differentiating firm from competition.
  • Work with proposal teams to take creative work from concept to pre-press and post-production while maintaining original design intent, messaging and quality standards throughout the process.
  • Serve as a member of the proposal team responsible for anticipating and addressing challenges, and sharing best practices related to the overall proposal, presentation, etc.

  • Work with corporate marketing communications team to understand and promote consistent application of firm branding standards.
  • Provide training and develop guidance and / or templates to client development staff as required to support this effort.

  • Manage workload and priorities in a challenging, fast-paced, and energizing environment to consistently meet multiple deadlines while providing high-quality designs.
  • Organize and maintain all electronic image and graphic files for ease of use, transmittal, and production.
  • Assist proposal teams with procurement of materials and / or services to produce proposals and other materials as needed.

  • Proficiency in design and layout software applications in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Affects, Premiere, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Must be proactive and resourceful
  • Able to communicate in English effectively and professionally in both written communications and personal interactions across many diverse teams in a wide variety of global locations
  • Must be organized, self-managed, self-motivated and deadline oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment, and adapt to a variety of situations and frequent changes
  • Willing to learn and absorb knowledge as part of an innovative and creative team
  • Minimum 5+ years of A / E / C industry experience as an artist or designer working with an Architecture / Engineering / Construction / Consulting firm is preferred.
  • Must be willing to work on a Manila Day Shift approximately 8 : 30am to 5 : 30 pm; Monday Friday or Manila Night Shift approximately 9 pm to 6 am;
  • Monday night Saturday morning
