A critical position for Sourcing to support multiple APAC countries migrated into the scope of ASIA PROCUREMENT OPERATIONS CSC.

Primarily scope covers, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. This role will be responsible for end-

to-end Sourcing projects that will require senior stakeholder and Supplier engagement.

Description :

  • The Country Service Delivery Specialist will help deliver end-to-end sourcing solutions to Country businesses
  • Analyze business processes and determine opportunities achieved through influencing supply and demand services
  • Establish and develop strong Stakeholder engagement at all levels within the organization
  • Work as part of a team alongside Country sourcing specialists across the region to support sourcing of categories and commodities across the 8 step sourcing principal
  • Perform both tactical and strategic sourcing work for Countries applying standard sourcing procedures
  • Work with sourcing manager(s) both in-country or regional in stakeholder engagement. Help develop strategy and troubleshoot any problems that arise
  • Help maintain and consolidate a country Preferred Supplier List (PSL) and help build-up commodity catalogues in conjunction with PO Operations team
  • Identify and meet cost reduction targets, meet and Supplier rationalization targets
  • Facilitate the smooth transition of any work and the ongoing quality improvement delivery to SLA / KPIs
  • The role extends to the execution of initiatives in support of APAC ESC and Countries to meet saves, risk and control, reengineering and digitization targets
  • Develop best-in-class operating model with standard Citi Procurement procedures
  • Seamless interface between other ESC functions
  • Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of purchasing policies and procedures. Ensure full compliance with Global Operating Procedures, ethical practices and adherence to relevant laws and regulations
  • Ensure all data quality in the Global system is accurate, up to date and input in a timely manner and prepare to be fully audited in this process including Fair Supplier Selection, Cost reduction analysis, Competitive bid and Non Competitive Bid procedures
  • Perform the Gatekeeper role for Third Party Utility and ensure full Supplier due diligence to the process pre-contract
  • Qualifications :

  • Educated to degree standard
  • At least 6 years of previous business and Procurement experience
  • Certified procurement professional such as CPM or CIPS is a plus
  • Skills :

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Performed procurement functions at a regional level or country specific outside of the Philippines
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, is critical to the function
  • Strong business writing and reporting skills
  • Excel in organizational, analytical, time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills with strong influencing and persuasive talents
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative and has the ability to effectively organize, multi-task and prioritize a wide array of initiatives.
  • Has an aptitude for innovation

  • Additional language skills would be an advantage
