The Automation Process Consultant’s (APC) primary responsibility will be to study and assess existing business processes and identify automation opportunities within those processes.

This is done through business analysis / walkthroughs with process owners and consultations with automation development teams of available automation technologies.

The APC is also responsible for documenting process evolutions (from as-is manual processes to to-be automated processes) and getting agreements from the different teams involved in the process

  • Business Analysis 1-3 years;
  • Knowledge of at least 1 ERP system and at least 1 Automation tool;
  • Project Management experience
  • IT course preferred
  • Strong level of understanding of the back office business processes which they will be evaluating (e.g Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Benefits, Payroll)
