Job Purpose : To provide customer service by answering inquiries and concerns raised via email and social media. Key Accountabilities : Provides timely and professional customer service support from receipt of an inquiry on any communication channel Responds / entertains and records inquiries Ensures all inquiry cases are closed within a 24 to 48 hr turnaround time Escalates, when necessary, inquiries / concerns of individuals to the proper person / department that can satisfy the inquiry of said persons Assists, when necessary, any member of the team in a variety of customer care-

related tasks such as compiling reports and insights and participating in activities Qualifications : College Graduate preferably in the areas of mass communication, business, management, development communication and related fields At least 1 to 2 years' relevant work experience in customer loyalty, marketing, advertising, sales, hotel and tourism customer services, and related fields Excellent people skills desired Experience in handling community management for corporate social media accounts is an advantage Excellent oral and business writing skills in English and Filipino Willing to work in MANDALUYONG Salary : 20000
