Lead the development and execution of country operational plan for the defined TA / brands in alignment with regional brand strategies, with a focus on maximizing customer engagement and execution excellence to drive sales growth and market share gain.
Effectively manage resources allocated for the therapeutic area (TA) / brands such as Direct Promotion (DP) and samples.
Ensure cross business / function alignment with Medical Affairs and Sales and regular inputs / feedback to regional Marketing Head and TA / brand teams.
Provide country inputs into the development of regional brand strategies.
Lead, manage and develop direct reports within the TA in the country.
Graduate of a 4-year course
Has minimum 3 years of solid experience in pharmaceutical marketing in primary care at a managerial level
Has a prior track record of success
Has both marketing and sales experience
Special Skills :
Business and Marketing Acumen
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and database application
