Job Responsibilities :

  • Handles high critical , high- value commodities such as :
  • Direct OCM, PCBA, Wire Harnesses, RFID, Switch Control, Plastics, Motors, valves, castings, faucets, servers, heaters / heating elements, Sensors

  • Performs supply / demand review and analysis, PO placement, follow-up / expedites deliveries, Inventory Control
  • Coordinate with internal department related to price matching, invoice aging, receiving , IQC and warehouse.
  • Manage and continuously review the Purchase Order System (MRP), to ensure it is accurate, up to date and consistently meets the requirements of the business;
  • Purchase materials in line with inventory targets and turns
  • Timely and effective communication of forecasts and purchase orders to qualified suppliers based on BE PUR guidelines.
  • Continually review the overall value offered by existing suppliers and ensure that the Company’s purchasing remains globally competitive.
  • Assist with regular re-negotiations of terms of business / service agreements and performance evaluation with suppliers, taking corrective action as required.
  • Check and authorize designated invoices for stock, packaging and carriage items.
  • Studies market prices and trends, engineering developments, and manufacturing method improvements applicable to assigned responsibilities;
  • advises company activities with concurrence of a senior supervisor and / or the supply chain manager

  • Coordinates the planning of recent schedules and inventory control parameters for the assigned products and services.
  • Coordinates as appropriate quality matters and engineering changes / developments between company activities and suppliers.
  • Management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Supplier quality performance, Supplier On time delivery, Fill Rate, Inventory Turns and etc;
  • Management of Bill of Materials cost and continuously drive for cost improvements
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules;
  • Strong organizational and administration skills

  • 4-7 years of experience
  • Basic MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
