Descripción de la oferta :
Oversee recruitment service delivery operations across all business units and sites.
Supervise the delivery requirements of recruiters to ensure adherence in hiring metrics and proper account / client management.
Collaborate with different Project / Hiring Managers and other relevant stakeholders to plan and implement effective recruiting and sourcing strategies for specific resource requirements
Understand the client / project, the market they are in, conduct specific research of the products and services they produce, and the specifics surrounding the role of position
Implement end to end recruitment cycle to meet assigned searches for executive and Niche IT roles.
Establish understanding on recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Build applicant sources with, colleges / universities, employment agencies partnerships, and access to job posting websites, leveraging on social media site and exploring non-
traditional recruitment venues
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks;
participating in professional organizations
Ensure job profiles and position requirements are aligned with business objectives
Serve as an ambassador when reaching out to candidates, cold calling candidates for positions and acting professionally in representing the firm
Identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using job boards, web searches, referrals and industry specific search engines
Manage end to end recruitment for senior and hard to find resource requirements from sourcing, job offer to on boarding
Develop non-traditional sourcing methods and strategies and aid junior recruiters in talent market research and introduce new search engines using both internet and social media access
Provide recruitment expert advice to junior hiring managers and extended excellent client management service across operations
Promote process adherence and business compliance in dealing across the business operations

Calificaciones requeridas para tener éxito en este rol :
University graduate with considerable proven industrial experience and track record (minimum 8 years of relevant experience)
Knowledge and skills
Proficient in written and verbal communication in the English language.
Keen attention to detail.
Proficient computer and technical skills.
Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
Good process mapping ability.
Proactive, service minded and able to multi-task.
