Job Summary The Security Analyst is responsible for maintaining, improving, and monitoring the security environment by understanding generally accepted security and risk principles and applying this knowledge to the existing environment and processes
The Security Analyst coordinates with the Operations and Information Technology organizations to ensure compliance with corporate security policies, processes and procedures and is responsible for the implementation of security best practices, client requirements, regulatory and global security requirements.
The successful candidate will coordinate projects by understanding the client(s) security requirements and acting as the security point of contact for both internal groups and the assigned client(s).
In this role, the Security Analyst will align with security frameworks, communicate security concepts, policies, standards, procedures, and provide ongoing support
The successful candidate will have an understanding of risk management principles, is very customer focused, and has strong written and communication skills.
Is willing to actively seek opportunities to develop new approaches to meet new goals. Capable of understanding contractual requirements and turning those requirements into actionable controls.
Stays abreast of new tools, technologies, and techniques, and implements them as solutions to business and technical problems
The Security Analyst is expected to be a key member of the Framework, Risk & Controls team and to contribute to the over-
all Information Security program
Duties / Responsibilities Responsibilities also include :
align current business processes with industry standards and regulatory and client requirements Identifying and remedying security deficiencies and gaps with business suitable controls
Review client(s) Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, and other contracts for security obligations and identify specific security requirements
Serve as primary liaison between the client(s) and Teleperformance, and support client security Conduct Risk Assessment including but not limited to Security and Fraud Risk Assessment
Properly document risk assessments, gap analysis and controls
Coordinate self-assessments, gap analysis, and other control related efforts
Monitor and ensure timely closure of corrective action items
Track client(s) contract compliance and provide appropriate reporting
Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications : Risk Assessment / Management
Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical security controls that meet enterprise security standards and policies
Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Information Security field, including but not limited to, operating systems, network security, application security, vulnerability analysis, etc
Strong communication skills including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills
