Position Description

Global Wholesale Banking Technology & Operations is seeking to expand its services & infrastructure in Asia. The business is looking for dynamic and talented individuals to support the strategy in order to meet the growth demands from clients and client management groups in the product areas of Payments / Wire, Trade & Credit Services, Bank Notes, Commercial cards etc.

This role involves Workflow coordinator to review and assign APAC Fulfillment teams to implement Cash and Treasury Management solutions for new and existing Corporate Clients.

Perform setup changes for new / existing Corporate Clients’ e-banking platform

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with CBKs / GTS Sales teams in the region to ensure all mandatory information are received before assignment
  • Liaise with Fulfillment Managers in the region to confirm assignment of Fulfillment Advisors
  • Perform accurate setup changes on new and existing Client’s e-banking platform
  • Provide daily support to team members who are handling non-complex requests
  • Maintain and update internal guides according to FSO procedural changes
  • Knowledge of transaction banking products / services, payment and trade capabilities, internal operations and local practices offered by the bank
  • Produce timely reporting of requests
  • Ability to do real-time logging of requests
  • Key Requirements

  • Graduate from top University in a related discipline with excellent grades. Outstanding candidates with an unrelated educational background will be considered on an individual basis.
  • Previous experience in banking or related position would be a distinct advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and cheerful nature with the desire to go above and beyond for Clients.
  • Fast-learner and ability to work independently in fast-paced and pressurized environment.
  • Client focused, solution oriented approach to problem solving.
  • A self-motivated and flexible team player with good interpersonal skills
  • He / she needs to have the aptitude to learn new skills and initiative to take ownership of problems.
