The Training Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of trainings provided for the Manila teams. The individual would assist in the planning and organization of learning events.
The individual would work closely with the Training Manager to ensure that training systems and processes are updated and implemented.
Coordinate and liaise with different Manila teams for their specific training requirements
Partner with Global Talent Development to ensure consistency of training processes and programs
Conduct basic learning interventions for staff positions with guidance and supervision
Assist in identifying activities in the design of learning programs
Assist in the Onboarding Program, Leadership, Professional Skills, and Development Events
Prepare training materials and logistical requirements for assigned programs
Evaluate courses through preparation of Feedback Reports and monitoring of post-workshop activities
Update and maintain training documents, policies, reports, and databases
Prepare communication materials for information awareness and cascade
Participate in the creation of action plans that will align and improve team performance and processes
Perform other duties as required for the efficient and effective running of Training Programs in the Manila office.
Energetic training professional skilled in project management and who has basic facilitation skills and basic knowledge in a variety of learning methodologies, including classroom, online, and virtual learning.
Education : Bachelor’s / College Degree
Fresh Graduate or with at least 6 months experience in the Training & Development function
Should have basic presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Excellent documentation skills in the following : Excel, PowerPoint and Word applications
Amenable to work on shifting schedules
