Deutsche Knowledge Services (DKS) operates as a shared service center for Finance, Global Business Services and IT. A wholly owned subsidiary* of the Deutsche Bank Group, operating out of the Phillipinnes, DKS provides accounting, reporting, profit and loss, cost, reconciliation, MIS, risk control, information technology and operations services (including confirmations and settlements) to internal businesses worldwide.
As Reward and Performance Senior Analyst, you will coordinate requirements and activities through processes and channels with various government agencies and external vendor(s) as needed.
You will also perform internal and external processes for raising vendor or service payments in aid of delivery of corporate or government-
mandated programs, administering support to internal stakeholders and employees through case or query management via phone or emails acting as a first point of contact.
You will also administer and handle various or personal corporate documents / certifications for employees and other internal functions, as well as perform data processing in order to maintain accurate and complete records in the relevant internal systems and applications or into internal or downstream functions.
You will perform transactional tasks to provide comprehensive core HR and product support services including but not limited to, employee life cycle matters, query management, employee termination and off-
boarding process, and invoice processing.
For this requirement, you need to be a graduate of a Business or Social Sciences course. This role requires you to be highly analytical, proficient in using MS Office applications, with an excellent time management skills to be successful.
You are expected to have a strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate to key stakeholders.
