We are currently looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of campaigns to be trafficked and set up, and will work closely with local market teams to launch several campaigns across the region.

In this role, your goals will be :
In three months :
Familiarized with the regional team structure and ways of working
Established an understanding of the client’s ad tech stack and how they all fit together
Successfully managed several campaigns from set up to launch
In six months :
A full understanding of end-to-end campaign processes, demonstrated through accuracy and volume of campaigns managed
Built up the trust and developed a solid working relationship with local Mindshare teams
An extensive understanding of all platforms used, and the ability to identify and resolve issues
In 12 months :
The ability to be fully independent, with the ability to maneuver through the process through developed tricks and shortcuts
Been involved in special projects relating to tests, tagging, DMP rollout etc contributing specifically to how these things impact operations
Have a thorough understanding of all things Mindshare and GroupM awareness of how our products and services affect ad operations and vice versa
What your day job looks like at Mindshare :
Maintain close and trusted relationships with local markets, ensuring excellence in service and execution
Cycle through multiple campaigns at any given time and ensure trafficking is fast and accurate
Maintain clean naming conventions across all platforms, and work with the Analytics team to ensure all data is captured accurately
Be the day-to-day person for all things Ad Operations by providing solutions and tactics for campaigs ie how to best tackle a complicated dynamic creative setup etc
Keep abreast on all things digital and programmatic, and constantly look for ways to improve and streamline operations
What you’ll bring :
Detail-oriented, comfortable with large sets of data, spreadsheets, processes
Collaborative team player with a consultative approach working with cross-functional and internal teams
Curious and inquisitive; investigative with the ability to diagnose and creatively problem-solve an issue
Efficient time management skills; ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Ability to manage a team, drive SOPs, manage workload across the team
Good and clear command of English as well as positive interpersonal skills as this role requires working closely with multiple local market teams
Minimum qualifications :
1-3 years experience in digital ad operations or a similar highly technical digital role working in or supporting a media agency, publisher, ad network, ad server or DSP
Hands-on-keyboard experience in ad servers, DSPs, and other platforms / tools such as PMDs, tag management, verification.
Very comfortable / quick to learn new platforms.
Experience in Sizmek, Doubleclick stack and DSP will be a huge advantage
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
Comfortable with software and programming / coding jargon (coding skills not required)
