Job Summary The Enterprise Support Analyst works as a part of a global Information Technology Group-level support team, working with different IT products and online services

Harmoniously work with immediate superior and entire team

Perform Helpdesk related tasks for Enterprise IT Support

Perform support and analyst duties for the Worldwide implementation of CCMS

Provide documentation of processes and procedures

Duties / Responsibilities Provide Email Support (i.e. login issues, password resets, etc.) and Chat Support (Video / Audio) for Enterprise IT web based applications

Perform general admin tasks as well as miscellaneous CCMS-related tasks Qualifications : Has a good track record of attendance

Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 2007 / 2010, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Must have excellent problem solving skills and technical writing skills

Must know how to analyze, prioritize tasks, should be detail-oriented and a fast learner

Preferably a graduate of a Computer or Admin Course / Degree

Has excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Must be able to work in a night shift and / or rotating schedules

Must be able to work in MOA / MAAX office site
