As a customer service specialist, your purpose is to fulfill Flight Centre Travel Group’s purpose to deliver amazing travel experiences and to open the world to those who want to see it! You are all about delivering amazing travel experience (D.

A.T.E) to our valuable customers that booked with us on our online travel website - BYOJet and Aunt Betty . You love to share your story and open up the world for those who want to see.

You will aim to ensure that your customers are your top priority and make them feel that we are there to help them at every step of the way.

What we need from you?

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a BPO environment in a Travel account, corporate or leisure travel experience.
  • Good understanding of travel industry policies, procedures and processes
  • Comfortable to work in a 24 / 7 rotating shift
  • Excellent communication and articulation skill
  • Resilience and Confident
  • Excellent team player
  • Motivated self-starter with a natural flair for customer service
  • Strong adaptability skill and embrace changes
  • Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to effortlessly develop rapport with your customers
  • Customer First Champion mindset
  • Act as an advocate for the company and embrace our values and philosophies at all times
