Key responsibilities

  • Drive process improvements and measurements
  • Efficiently manage resources
  • Ensure the achievement of individual and team objectives
  • Integral part of TCM leadership team and driving team direction and performance
  • Continue development of end-to-end process
  • Monitor staff performance and provide assessment / appraisal and development
  • Monitor performance and proactively take necessary action to generate the desired level of responsiveness on accuracy and timeliness
  • Effectively manage process stakeholders
  • We are looking for

    Position Specifications :

  • Minimum bachelor degree, preferably economics / shipping / business administration / SCM
  • People management experience
  • Process excellence experience is an important advantage
  • Commercial shipping background is an advantage
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • Expected Capabilities :

  • Ability to lead and manage resources
  • Commercial, market and customer understanding
