Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring operational excellence by developing, coaching and leading Oncology Field Force towards a high performing team that delivers quality execution of sales and marketing strategies while ensuring compliance and cross-
  • functional engagement to drive performance of the team.

  • Implement sales strategies to ensure the achievement of district targets
  • Guide Specialist representatives in developing sales forecast for the territory to build over-all sales forecast for the district.
  • Take accountability for sales activities to key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Uphold, model and drive adherence to the highest ethical standards in the industry and abide by the Novartis Code of Conduct and other integrity and compliance guidelines and policies.
  • Minimum requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Science or Allied Medical Sciences from a reputable institution
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Minimum 10 years experience in pharmaceutical company with 5 years experience in managing a team
  • Experience in Oncology added advantage
  • Willing to travel nationwide
