As part of our growth, your tasks will be :

  • Administering whole Payroll process, identify errors and determine the causes, double check payroll report, prepare payroll report, request for crediting and other post payroll reports needed by Finance
  • Administering prepare and compute statutory and company benefits
  • Providing assistance in administering, preparation and computation of employee benefit programs
  • Handling timekeeping and payroll consolidation and validation
  • Facilitating in processing and computation of clearance and final pay
  • Coordinating with HMO and Group Life Insurance (inclusion and exclusion of members, billing, payment coordination and other queries)
  • Processing government mandated benefits (Sickness, Maternity Notification, computation, claim form and reimbursements)
  • Performing other job-related duties that may be assigned by the manager from time to time
  • Preparing and maintaining reporting of HR
  • You know you are the perfect fit if you are / have :

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting, Finance or HR-related course
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office tools ( MS Word, MS Outlook)
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Able to display professionalism and confidence
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Good negotiation, influence, mediation & conflict management skills
