Senior Trainer

TeleTech is seeking for a Senior Trainer, Learning & Leadership Development to join our Customer Management Services team.

Our Learning& Leadership Development team is always on top of trainings and certifications so we can improve our trainings and employee’s knowledge.

What you’ll be doing :

This position is responsible for completion of all applicable client trainings for associates, as well delivering leadership curriculum to current G&A employees.

L&LD Senior Trainers focus on successful outcome of all training initiatives for a client. Senior Trainers must be certified by a client to be able to certify other Trainers.

They provide, coordinate, analyze and consolidate all necessary data in order to deliver training in a timely and accurate manner following client requirements and company standards.

L&LD Senior Trainers are expected to have a thorough working knowledge of TeleTech's policies and procedures as well as client requirements related to training duties.
