As part of our growth, your tasks will be :
Responsible for the efficient, timely and cost effective operation, usage and maintenance of all company vehicles
Ensuring that all security drivers are aware of their duties and responsibilities before, during, and after duty in adherence with local traffic laws.
Planning route and requirements by studying schedule or ad-hoc requests by the office.
Conducting vehicle inspection and equipment in a regular basis.
Enforcing rules, regulations, policies, and respond to emergency situations requiring company transportation assistance.
Accurately completing administrative works and submit all necessary reports, such daily dispatch sheets, daily activity report, financial reports, vehicle equipment, vehicle inspection and repair reports, attendance monitoring, etc.
Reporting any concerns in transportation management.
Assisting the security drivers in managing road conflicts and / or accidents and ensures legal processing of documents and insurance claims as required
Responsible for providing on-time feedback and report all security, safety, and other related matters to the Asset Protection and Investigation team;
this includes training and various activities, conventions and conferences, airport runs, etc.
Developing transportation relationships within the Transportation Team and with the customers.
Assisting the Transportation Team Leader in managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within the company, including managing budgets and other expenses, organizing schedules and routes based on the requestors’ requirement, ensuring that vehicles are safe and complete with legal requirements.
Performing all other tasks as directed by the Asset Protection Specialist and / or Head of Security

A minimum of tertiary school level education or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of transportation management
Worked with the transportation and logistics organization
Valid Driving License is a condition for employment
Able to make good judgment on staff safety and provide appropriate advice
Able to work effectively under stressful conditions
Familiar with travel and security issues in the Philippines is desired. Ability to adjust to shifting travel and security circumstances and facilitate operations accordingly
Able to read, write, understand, and communicate clearly in English. Proficiency in local / other language a plus
Knowledgeable in basic vehicle troubleshooting and Knowledgeable and skilled in defensive driving techniques
Familiar and must strictly follow traffic rules and regulations and other Philippine laws at all times
Familiar of the areas in the National Capital Region
Possesses keen observation skills, patience, and interpersonal skills
Results- oriented, with excellent customer-service attitude, with high regard for safety, team player, self-discipline, and with high level of personal and professional integrity
Physically and mentally fit to perform under pressure
Willing and able to work on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and work extra / overtime hours as needed according to departmental workload
Able to dress in a fashion that enables the employee to complete the daily tasks, while maintaining a professional and appropriate appearance
Able to keep information strictly confidential as appropriate
