Job Description

The Talent Attraction Specialist is responsible for the assessment services for all business units, from test administration to interpretation and assessment reports and is also responsible for the end-

to-end candidate management for all vacancies across the Group.

Responsibilities includes but not limited to :

  • Handle assessment services for all business units
  • Interpret assessment reports to the hiring managers and recommend fit of candidate in a given role.
  • Provide timely updates to hiring managers & talent attraction partners on the status of assessment requisitions.
  • Research on various assessment tools available in the market, and assist business units on technical requests on assessments (languages, functionality, test types).
  • Update and ensure the timely submission of the Talent Attraction Revenue Report.
  • Handle end-to-end candidate management, from sourcing to on-boarding, for all vacancies across the Group.
  • Supports Group Attraction team in understanding hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for assigned requisitions
  • Source and interview candidates for AEV and AEV-managed business units.
  • Schedule and organize hiring manager interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Provide positive candidate experience in the execution of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Provide recruitment support to Groupwide Executive Hiring, from sourcing to scheduling of interviews.
  • Manage and update job vacancies posted via Career Website and all other online job boards
  • e.g. LinkedIn, Kalibrr, Jobstreet, HR Systems).

  • Partner with external vendors (e.g. Executive Search Firms, Job Board providers, background verification providers, assessment providers, etc.)
  • Support the Aboitiz Group Talent Attraction team with all of its initiatives.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / College Degree,Human Resource Management,Psychology or equivalent.
  • Registered Psychometrician and Interviewing skills certification (preferred, but not required)
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in sourcing and recruitment
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and systems
  • Vendor Management Skills
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
