Status : Permanent Place of Assignment : Capacity Building Division, Capacity Building and Knowledge Management Service Annual Salary : PhP 348,210 (29,010 monthly)

Education : Bachelor degree relevant to the job Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training Eligibility : Career Service Professional or second level eligibility

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Economics, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Engineering and other related courses / disciplines

Training

Teaching Methodologies, Statistics, and Research

Experience

Facilitation, Presentation, Training Needs Analysis, Curriculum Development and Design, Human Resource Management, and Project Management

Duties :

  • Conduct research and gather data and related studies on PPP as reference in the conduct of Capacity Building activities of the Center;
  • Conduct Training Needs Identification and analysis for Implementing Agencies, Special Groups and Stakeholders through interview, focus-
  • group discussion, and the like;
  • Develop training design for the Implementing Agencies’ Capacity Building Programs;
  • Implement Capacity Building Programs for Implementing Agencies;
  • Perform training and capacity development tasks (e.g., facilitator, moderator, resource person, emcee, documenter, etc.);
  • Evaluate Capacity Building Program conducted for Implementing Agencies;
  • Prepare post training reports of the programs conducted;
  • Prepare presentation and training materials;
  • Prepare / consolidate participants and project profiles of the Implementing Agencies, Special Groups and Stakeholders;
  • Perform coordination work with the PPP Center’s internal (other Services) and external (Implementing Agencies, development partners, etc.
  • capacity development / capacity development / training clients;
  • Prepare reports, communication, memoranda pertaining to assigned tasks; and
  • Perform other work that may be assigned from time to time by the Division Chief or by higher authorities.
