Job Summary Create and support AWD enhancements and workflows. Respond to AWD issues and concerns routed by JHRPS Operations. Key Responsibilities :

  • Support multiple user groups in their day to day use of AWD. This includes helping user’s troubleshoot system
  • problems, issues with routing work and answering inquiries on how to use the application
  • Configure & test workflow changes and maintain AWD table’s that define those workflows
  • Assist with AWD user set up & roles for work distribution
  • Create and maintain business documentation and procedures in relation to AWD & other supported applications
  • Interact with our vendor’s & system partners’ to deliver and support AWD
  • Assist with implementing new AWD functionality
  • Participate in projects and ad-hoc requests as required
  • Work as part of and take direction from a larger team located in multiple locations
  • Such other duties and functions assigned by the Operations Manager
  • Qualifications :

  • College / University graduate
  • Candidate must meet job expectations and pass all performance metrics in his / her current Unit
  • Candidate must have at least one year in current role
  • Candidate must be meeting all quality and productivity metrics for the last six months (e.g. Quality, Productivity, etc.)
  • Candidate must not have attendance issues or disciplinary action
  • Competencies :

  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office ( Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Solid systems aptitude
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational & time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn and proven customer service skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with RPS operations
  • Some knowledge of RPS business
  • VBA development experience
  • Attachmate product knowledge (Extra! Emulator / front end to Apollo) experience and familiarity with RPS specific software such as Apollo, AWD
