Job Description

As a Philips Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) Intern, you will be exposed to downstream Supply Chain operations. You will lend support to the CFC team in managing orders and ensuring on-

time and in-full delivery to Philips customers. In the course of the internship, you will have the opportunity to gain hands on SAP experience and practice LEAN principles.

Key Areas of Responsibility :

  • Order ManagementCaptures customer orders and ensures that correct information is reflected in SAP (customer, material, quantity, price, delivery dates)
  • Customer service (Requests, Queries, Complaints)Track & Trace deliveries and ensure that deliveries are complete and on time.
  • Coordinate with third party warehouse provider for delivery bookings, adherence to delivery schedules and other customer requirementsResolve outright rejection and other delivery issues in coordination with third party logistics provider and SalesEnsure service is delivered in accordance with the SLA

  • Returns ManagementEnsure and validate returns from customers are pulled out in a timely manner and that credit invoices processed on timeCoordinate with customers (where applicable), sales and third party logistics provider for the pull out of defective returns as well as return of stocks used for exhibits and events
  • To succeed in the role, you must possess the below :

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel Knowledge is required
  • Ability to learn fast and work independently
