    Role Purpose

    An exciting role as Customer Service Executive that will besupporting the Singapore Market hasopened up in our regional Philippine office in Makati.

    You will be involved inmaintaining good relationship with our clients and with internal departments byproviding end to end support post and pre sales.

    Working schedule will be from Monday toFriday from 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm plus no work over the weekends!

    Key Responsibilities include :

  • Establishingprofessionalism and good relationship with our clients
  • Providepost and pre sales support and making sure that all tasks are within SLA
  • Directcustomer to ensure that they will have a better overview and understanding ofthe process and set proper expectation
  • Assistcustomers on their enquiries over the telephone (eg. pricing, stock status,etc)
  • Investigatecustomers’ complaints and rectify the problems by coming up withrecommendations of possible actions and solutions
  • Processnecessary correspondences, invoices or any documentations required by customersthru fax and emails
  • Performdaily tasks including cross-referencing, both to our sales team and directly tocustomers
  • Involvedin the Technical Verification of RS returned and replacement products and applycorrective measures and processes
  • Liaisewith other departments and parties to increase our service level (eg. timelydelivery, lead-time issues, etc)
  • Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications Required

    To be asuccessful candidate, you need to have the following criteria :

  • Minimum2-3 years in customer service environment
  • Anysupply chain or customer service experience is essential
  • Strongcustomer service ethos
  • Abilityto multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Attentionto detail and have a passion to investigate into issues and resolveproblems
  • Abilityto prioritize and balance workload whilst maintaining a professionalmanner
  • Promotesrespect, teamwork and diversity, values differing opinions and approaches anddemonstrates a willingness to learn
