To provide assistance and act as a resource person to Quality activities, such as but not limited to, manufacturing audits, internal audits, documentation, and analysis / reports
To provide assistance and act as a resource person to Perfect Execution activities, such as but not limited to, process mapping, continuous improvement projects, and analysis / reports Responsibilities
Verifies completeness of information in business system / s
Validates and checks provided product information for correctness
Validates and calibrates information in the business system / s and technical reference / s
Evaluates the information provided to identify if the problem is quality related
Gathers preliminary or additional information required to review or provide disposition
Reviews and provides outright disposition, as needed
Assigns request to appropriate individual / team for proper disposition or handling
Monitors incoming mails, acknowledges receipt of email / request, and respond to inquiries
Provides status updates for changes, new requests, information or disposition
Verifies completeness of credit / RMA requirements prior to entry and booking of credits / billings / RMAs in business system / s
Enters and books Billing, Credit or RMA transactions
Documents, Files, and Archives correspondence and docs
Sends Quality RMA to Requester
Coordinates with other teams / support to complete the request / s
Conducts process audit (e.g. supplier visit / audit, etc.) based on the QMS methodology or other standards
Provides input in the preparation of final report based on audit standards to include compliance and document opportunities for improvement
Communicates to all relevant stakeholders any update on the documented information through various channels (e.g. SharePoint, etc.)
Maintains the master list of documented information (e.g. procedures, forms, guidelines, etc.) for completeness and accuracy
Maps processes as part of the procedure documentation
Analyzes the process maps to identify opportunities for improvement and project ideas to design the future state of the process and / or stream being analyzed
Extracts / generates quantitative information from a sinle or multiple tools (e.g. Oracle, YellowFin, Appleton Group Sales Reporting)
Performs data validation to achieve data consistency
Communicates with resource person to get input / raw data needed for report generation
Cleans extracted data using pre-defined guidelines or instructions
Consolidates and standardize data structure from different data sources
Analyzes gathered information & data using descriptive analytics
Interprets the data and provides an in-depth analysis based on findings
Provides status updates on report development, raise issues encountered and adjust timeline as appropriate
Creates reports based on standard templates
Builds new reports and templates on top of existing business systems (e.g. Oracle, YellowFin) and makes them available to all users
Generate, analyze, create report / dashboard from different sources and submit to requester
At least 4 years related experience on : Metrics, Reporting and Analysis, Customer Service; Continuous Improvement, Operations
Relevant knowledge and experience on Quality Tools and Lean Principles
Advanced knowledge in usage of MS Excel
Strong knowledge in Project Management
Knowledge of Oracle and SharePoint
Good communication skills
