We are looking for a Senior Alliance Partner Account Manager forthe SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN), NetSuite’s end-to-end partner program forcommercial software companies, building specialized solutions that extendNetSuite. As the Alliance Partner Account Manager, you willoversee the day-to-day account management of assigned partners. You will act as the primary contact forthese partners and facilitate smooth joint-execution of deals and helpinfluence NetSuite revenue.

Job Description:
  • Nurture and grow relationships with assigned software partners, including good relationships with business, technical and product leads at these partners.
  • Act as the key escalation contact and the central point of account knowledge for assigned partners.
  • Take ownership of key partner related issues in cooperation with internal NetSuite departments, including Sales, Account Management, Professional Services and Support.
  • Proactively reach out to assigned partners to ensure they have the required information, tools and resources to comply with the SDN program rules and leverage the program for mutual success
  • Solicit partner input and propose and drive change that fuels revenue growth in support of NetSuite’s strategic objectives.
  • Execute programs and processes for increased cooperation between NetSuite departments with regards to SDN partners.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology is preferred
  • 5 years of experience in partner or customer account management with a proven track record of success.
  • Working knowledge of ERP, including product knowledge of related and competitive software solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very good understanding of Software as a Service, technology as well as business aspects
  • Good Understanding of enterprise sales and solutions selling
  • Willingness to work global hours on a rotating basis.
  • Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to small-and-medium sized accounts. The role is a combination of a Field Sales Rep and Inside Sales Rep.

    Works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory. Territory may be combination of geographic, product, industry and other customer / market dimensions. Sells to the territory directly or via partners. The territory that this rep covers does not have an Inside Sales Rep or Field Rep. Utilizes inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify and close new opportunities. Manages accounts throughout the entire sales process, and collaborates with team members in business development, consulting and support to uncover all customer needs. Responsible for understanding Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues to develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
