Job Description

  • Ensure compliance of all distributor agreements
  • Develop and implement customized business solutions to improve overall distributor operations and viability, saturation of the area, and achieve competitive customer servicing
  • Cascade, implement, monitor and evaluate all trade marketing, marketing and other initiatives and strategies for various brands
  • Train and develop competencies of all distributor staff
  • Analyze demand, business / industry trends, competitive activities and other sales and off-take information, and conduct business reviews to identify net steps
  • Share business insights on local business and market trends, for feedback to head office and marketing groups
  • Perform demand and sales planning
  • Conduct retail shop audits to assess assortment and availability levels
  • Required Skills

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • Willing to be assigned in North Luzon (La Union), Visayas (Cebu) or Mindanao (Ozamiz)
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, Trade Marketing or Brand Management is an advantage
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must have excellent negotiation skills
