Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)
Education : High School Graduate
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility : None Required (MC 11, S. ’96 Cat. 111)

Primary Functions :
vImplements home life activities for safety, care and behavioral modification of wards / residents of the center, orients house rules and regulations of the center and monitors adherence.
vProvides tutorial session and oversees activities for the wards.
vConducts group session / recreational activities.
vProvides guidance on table manners / settings, work and spiritual activities, good grooming and home management of personal effects.
vPrepares and submits behavioral observation reports
vActs as watchers in hospitals
vFollows-up children in schools and escorts minor to their place of origin.
vPerforms other related tasks as may be assigned.
