Job Description :
Lead the application development work with business team and channel partner to promote 3M consumer products. Pre and post-
sales support such as demonstration, product application, product training, testing and commercializing. Collaborate closely with local & regional team to identify new sale opportunity in both existing and new market.
Expert in customer application and identify key technical value differentiators to win deals. Providing Voice of Customer and transfer to business / lab team for development and realization of opportunity.
Organize events, engage customers & perform value selling. Perform competitive analyses for product differentiation & pricing purposes.
Develop demo kits for value selling. Support marketing team for customer enquiries and resolve customers' technical problems.
Support product and application knowledge training to internal team.
