Job Description

We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, Policy and Plans Division has a vacant Social Welfare Assistant positionwithitem no.

OSEC-DSWDB-SOCWAS-258-2004, SG 08 with a monthly compensation rate of Php14,931.00. Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and Individual Performance Contract and Review (IPCR) which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013) :

Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

Education : Completion of two years studies in college

Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience

Eligibility : Career Service Sub-Professional / First Level Eligibility

  • Primary Functions :

    vImplements various programs, services and related activities to meet the needs of the center

  • vPrepares project proposals & assessment reports;
  • vSupervises storekeeping of supplies;
  • vRefers clients to concerned LGUs, NGOs and POs for further intervention and assistance;
  • vAttend regular staff meetings and group conferences;
  • vSubmit periodic reports to the immediate supervisor related to activities and service rendered

    vPerforms all other related tasks as may be assigned.
