Delivery of Recruiting Services to or within the Asia Pacific and Americas regions, including the support of employer branding initiatives, performing active sourcing and talent sourcing in cooperation with external recruiting agencies, performing applicant screening, conducting virtual job interviews, scheduling job interviews with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, creating employment contracts and delivering onboarding support services for Schenker new and experienced hires Close collaboration with HR Advisory and other HR Service Delivery teams, local HR and CoE teams to align on, prioritize and resolve issues, build and share knowledge across teams
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent Proven Recruitment experience preferably in the context of HR Services or HR Operations environment Proven experience in Customer Service and Shared Services environment Preferably with experience in handling core HR (TalentSoft, SAP HR, or other) and Recruiting specific systems (Avature or other), document management tools (Aconso, SharePoint or other) and case management tools (ServiceNow or other) Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) HR experience is required
