Job Description :

  • The Case Management function is part of the Compliance and Case Management Team of Human Resources.
  • The responsibility is to establish and provide locally consistent case management practices for complex employee relations cases, concerns and Code of Ethical Business Conduct violations.
  • Understand and mitigate employee relations trends and / or pervasive concerns.
  • In collaboration with HR process areas, evaluate and redesign HR programs and processes to improve deployment efficiency and aim for implicity and consistency.
  • Responsibilities :

  • End to end management of simple to complex employee relations cases, including Open Door, Whistleblower submissions, performance management issues, behavior management issues, disciplinary actions.
  • Case Managers are required to take a leadership role in engaging relevant parties, including Security, Legal, Medical Case Mgt, to work on the effective resolution of employee situations.
  • Provide advice and counsel to HR Partners and line managers regarding the application of policy and procedure from an historical, cross-
  • business, and country perspective.

  • Apply local legislation and regulations to case management and resolution.
  • Execute appropriate investigation techniques, and use good judgment and balanced consideration of all available facts and information to determine outcome.
  • Reviews outcome / decisions with the line manager or a more senior member of the team.
  • Works with the Case Manager Cluster Lead in defining and negotiating appropriate and globally consistent disciplinary actions.
  • Identify potential trends or pervasive concerns and recommend potential solutions with respect to the assigned scope.
